The purpose of the Surgoinsville Middle School House System is to create a positive climate and culture for our students. The House System helps to build relationships, school spirit, and character in order to provide a school environment in which all students RISE - they are responsible, intentional, safe, and engaged. The Houses are made up of students from 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, a House Student Leader, and a House Teacher Dean. Each House consists of a Teacher Dean along with every other faculty and staff member divided into Houses. The entire faculty and staff are involved in the House system in order to show support and mentorship. You are encouraged and supported by everyone in the building to become the best you can be as a Surgoinsville Eagle. Click below for more information!
