Our student information system, Skyward, is currently down due to a server issue affecting school districts across Tennessee. Because of this, we are unable to complete student enrollments, make schedule changes, or process other student information until the system is back online.

Surgoinsville Cross Country practice will start next week for any 6th-8th graders interested in running. The practices will be on July 21st and July 24th from 3-4PM. You must have a physical on file to practice. Please contact Coach Fletcher if you have any questions.

As we get ready to welcome our students back, our incredible Transportation Department is working hard behind the scenes to ensure everyone has a safe ride to school.
To keep you fully informed, we want to share a quick update: like many districts across the country, we are currently running a bit short-staffed on drivers. Because of this, we will be starting the school year with a few "double routes."
What you need to know:
*We are still finalizing the schedule, so we don’t know exactly which routes will be doubled just yet.
*Rest assured, as we get closer to the start of school, we will share those specific details directly with you.
*We are very hopeful that this will be a temporary situation as we work to fill these positions!

All children entering 7th grade are required to obtain an additional T-dap vaccine, Tetanus-Diptheria and Pertussis. If you have not already done so, please make an appointment with your health care provider or local health department for your child’s vaccine. All immunizations must be on the official Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization Form. Please send documentation to update our records and/or complete the required immunizations before the first day of the 2026-2027 school year.
